Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully before placing your order with Taste Our 3 'C' House. By using the Taste Our 3 'C' House service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
Modifications to this site including these Terms and Conditions will be effective immediately and any subsequent use by you of the website will constitute an acceptance of those modifications. Please re-read these terms and conditions before subsequent use.
We reserve the right to refuse the sale of goods or services or to cancel an order under certain circumstances.
Deposits
A 50% deposit is required to confirm a booking. No order will be commenced until such time as a deposit has been paid.
Balance Due
Balance of payment is due 3 days prior to delivery, unless full payment has been received goods will not be shipped/delivered. If you are collecting your order, full payment is due upon collection. We do not accept payment by cheque or money order.
Confirmation of Orders
Upon receipt of your order you will be emailed a copy of your invoice. Please ensure all contact details, personal information, spelling of names, delivery/collection dates and times and any requested changes have been properly documented on your invoice.
Please notify our staff immediately of any errors on your invoice. Failing to notify us of any errors may result in additional charges where alterations are necessary after your order has been completed.
Cancellations
If you cancel your order your deposit will not be refunded. At the discretion of management and dependent on the circumstances, a credit note may be issued less an admin fee equal to 20% of the total cost of the order.
If you cancel your order within 14 days of the delivery or collection date there will be no credit issued and any balances outstanding will be due and payable.
Please note that any credit notes issued are done so as a good will gesture and at the discretion of management.
Changes
Any changes made to your order within 14 days of collection or delivery will incur a surcharge, depending on the change requested. In most cases we can accommodate changes, however at times it is not possible. We will however endeavor to accommodate you to the best of our ability.
Pricing
All pricing quoted is in Malaysia Ringgit. Pricing, special offers and promotional products are subject to availability, and Taste Our 3’C’ House reserves the right to cancel or amend these without notice.
Delivery
We love chocolate too – and don’t want you to have to wait too long for your chocolate fix! We use couriers and aim to process all orders with-in 48 hours. Delivery in most cases will be overnight, but we recommend allowing 5-7days for delivery, particularly in rural or remote areas.
All items must be signed for at point of delivery – so we know the right person is getting the chocolates! We recommend you get your chocolate sent to an address where you will be during the day – often this is a work address.
We do not deliver to PO Boxes – we have no control over the temperature and humidity of the holding rooms at the PO Box facilities, and want your chocolate to reach you in optimum condition!
We will not deliver to a Post Office box or any address in which we deem suspicious. Should you feel that your goods do not arrive in good condition, please feel free to contact us using our contact form. We are not responsible for loss or damage to goods that are delivered to an incorrect address.
Availability
Every effort is made to ensure that products shown on our website are available and in stock. However, in the event of large internet orders, or increased demand in our physical stores, sometimes availability maybe out of our control.
Our promise to you is that if for any reason we cannot supply your order within 7 days, we will notify you within 48 hours and let you know the time-frame for delivery.

With that in mind, we have established and implemented information handling practices that we believe are consistent with the highest standards and best practices of organizations doing business on the Internet. Taste Our 3 ‘C’ House uses such voluntarily submitted information for the purposes for which it was submitted.
When you place an order Taste Our 3 ‘C’ House will ask you to provide certain information about yourself, such as your name, mailing address, or e-mail address. The personal information you submit when placing your order is treated as confidential. We use this information to process your transaction, and we share the information with Paypal etc. in order to process your order.
